About Serena Laurel…
Multi-talent Serena Laurel is a musician, actress, and fashion icon. Serena’s eclectic dreamy pop/Americana songwriting style is sprinkled with clever lyrics. She describes her music as "a Sunday afternoon cruise with the top down." This vibe carries through “Car Talks”, a jazzy single. These feel-good melodies glitter in “Gold,” a featured song of Runway Dubai with the official video garnering Best Fashion Film, Film Fest LA 2021. “When It's Over” features Kush Mody with a dance trap vibe. She has performed at venues like the Whisky a Go-Go, House of Blues, The Roxy, The Hotel Cafe, and the State Social House on Sunset Blvd.
Serena is also an award-winning actress best known for her role as Lucy in Summertime Dropouts alongside the punk sensation Simple Plan. Lucy is the lead guitarist in Late For Curfew, a pop-punk band competing in Vans Warped Tour. Film Fest LA awarded Best Actress for her starring role in Bird Song. Serena has also received Best Actress Awards for her role as Georgia Dean, an aspiring singer-songwriter who gets in a bit of trouble hitch-hiking to LA in the thriller Nasty Habits by Allisyn Snyder (AP Bio). She is a series regular as Jessica in NC-16TV available on SeekaTV.
